John Goodwin  (Otherwise John Barlow) guilty of being found at large in the Kingdom having been tried at the Yorkshire Assizes on 17th July 1738 for stealing a black mare (valued at £5), the property of Thomas Moggs in the parish of Rotherham; found guilty and sentenced to death but reprieved for transportation on 25th July 1739.  No reprieve traced.
